A Message to Our Customers

In line with our social responsibility and following government advice, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our main onsite operations from Tuesday 24th March until further notice.

While we have done everything we can to continue to operate fully, the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and the wider community is our top priority.

What does this mean for you?

Our Scottish service centres are closed for regular business but our Glasgow branch and Allied Parts department are joining the national response and remain partially open. Both are dedicated to providing assistance to emergency and essential service vehicles.

We hope you can understand the reasons underpinning this decision, as we try to mitigate risk by supporting the nationwide response and seek to avoid all unnecessary personal contact. Please note, we intend to continue to supply after-sales support for emergency service vehicles.

We very much look forward to resuming normal services again as soon as circumstances permit. In the meantime, please do take care of yourself and your family.
