Allied Autocare is part of the Allied Vehicles Group – one of the most successful and innovative automotive companies in the UK. Established in 1993, Allied has grown consistently to become Britain’s leading supplier of adapted and special purpose vehicles.

Annual turnover is £139 million and the company currently employs more than 600 people. The majority of the workforce is based at our main manufacturing plant and administrative headquarters, in Glasgow. Sales and aftersales services are also provided at our 10,000 square feet site in Edinburgh. Additional sales and support staff are based across the UK and at our distribution centre in Coventry.

Group Structure

Allied Vehicles Group comprises several main brands. Allied Autocare provides mechanical maintenance, repairs to a wide range of consumer and business clients. It is also a major parts distributor, operating extensive parts stores.

Our other main brands:

  • Cab Direct– The UK’s leading taxi supplier.
  • Allied Mobility– Europe’s leading wheelchair accessible vehicle supplier.
  • The Minibus Centre – Dedicated business-to-business division, offering specialist vehicles, adaptations and support services for commercial, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.
  • Mobility Solutions– Innovative retailer of thousands of products for older and disabled people.
